  • If the FAA (Federal Arbitration Act) does not apply, New York law governing arbitration agreements will apply.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice (your name, address, statement opting out) to us within 30 days of your first purchase. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in court.

  • Class Action Waiver: You and Neeko agree that Claims may only be brought in your individual capacity—not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. Unless both parties agree otherwise in writing, an arbitrator may not consolidate or join multiple people’s claims.
